Heer Maan Ja Movie Review

Heer Maan Ja

The story of "Hira Man Ja" revolves around Hair (played by Hareem), Kabir (played by Ali Rehman Khan), and Vijdan (played by Faizan Sheikh). Hair and Kabir used to be university classmates and are seen falling together. However, for some reason, the two-part method; And not on good terms. Moving on a few years later, Hair is now marrying his cousin Vijdan, who is the film's main opponent, but at the same time, he is secretly planning to run away from his marriage. Why does she want to run away? Since when has Kabir become part of the adventure of this running bride, and most importantly, how did Heer and Kabir come to be in the first place are the questions that the film has answered.

The first half of the film looks drunk. Most of the events shown don't really make sense until the break and the entertainment price that is presented in the first half of the film. The first half is relatively short, thankfully, because some parts of the film have been completely removed for some censorship issues. Ahmed Ali Akbar, Azfar Jafari, and Imran Raza Kazmi's chemo show is in the trailer but they are not in the movie. As a result, the entire episode lost a lot of the entertainment value that is provided in the first part of the film.

However, if you manage to sit patiently in the first half, the second half will be your reward. It's a roller coaster with hilarious comedy scenes, jaw-dropping chase sequences, some well-executed action scenes, emotional quotes, romance, and some beautiful songs. Many things start to make sense at once, and you start getting answers to every question from the first half.

Talking about the performances, the main actors Ali Rehman and Hareem Farooq look good and also act well. Hareem's performance, though compelling in some scenes, is so beautiful that you can easily forgive her. But one actor who left both the main characters behind is Faizan Sheikh. As a conscience, every time it appears on the screen, it attracts your attention with its demonic style and masculine expression. From his aggressive action scenes in the final song to his high-energy dance performances, he commands your attention. The transmission of his dialogue is remarkable, and even in scenes where he has little to say, he manages to steal the light every time. Moeez Hassan is Ali's best friend and as a comedian, actor Shamail Khattak has given a significant performance in his respective roles.

Among the experienced actors, Abid Ali's performance is heartwarming. As a caring father, he shines in his limited role, with the formal delivery of his conversations. He is an actor who can turn ordinary lines into great ones and he did the same in "Hair Man Ja". In Camus, Amna Sheikh has the most prominent position. She owns her screen with her shape, ability, and glamorous brilliance which is more than her personality. We've never seen her in movies and we definitely want to see her in more glamorous roles in the future. Zara Sheikh, on the other hand, seems to be lost here, thanks to immovable clothing and general style. She deserved to be portrayed as a diva.

Talking about the music of the film, the romantic "Kachh To Hua Hai" and Abdullah Qureshi's "Chen Mahi" stand out. Regarding the script, the dialogues are mediocre but the screenplay and Azfar Jafari's entertaining direction make up for it. The film also deals with a social issue but here again, like "Janan", it never preaches and conveys its message in a very subtle way.

"Hira Man Ja" is the fourth collaboration between producer Imran Raza Kazmi and director Azfar Jafari after "Siah", "Janan" and "Parchi". They played it safe in "Bijaya" and "Parchi" with small budgets and in the traditional genre "Janan". In "Hair Man Ja", though with a simple genre, they play it more securely and include all possible commercial ingredients to ensure its success. However, despite a story that can be told a dozen times before, he managed to refresh the film with the creative input that is seen throughout the film.

There is a situation where Kabir and all the other characters share their best possible plan to help Hair avoid her marriage. This simple situation has been handled so well that you can't help but notice that, overall, this is the creative endeavor of IRK films so far. With such a situation, the creative leaders behind "Hira Man Ja" have managed to make this film a crazy entertainment that will serve as a good option for the audience who want to go out this holiday season and Want to have fun.
